LLP – Erasmus Incoming Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments Program:

  • In order to participate the program; teaching staff employed by a higher education institution must be from an institution from a higher education institution holding an ERASMUS University Charter.
  • The minimum requirement for a teaching assignment is 5 teaching hours.
  • The visiting teachers should contact to the International Student Office of Dogus University to inform the teaching dates, hours and subjects.
  • The Departmental Coordinator of Dogus University and the incoming visiting teacher together prepare the Teaching Program and the program is approved (signed and sealed) by the parties (lecturer, legal representative of the home and host institutions) in short the teaching program by the visiting teacher must be agreed in advance by all parties.
  • The International Relations Office will prepare and send an invitation to the visiting teacher.
  • At the end of the teaching period the International Relations Office approves the program by an Erasmus Participation Certificate.

  • The minimum requirement for a training assignment is 5 working days.
  • The visiting trainee staff should contact to the International Student Office of Dogus University to inform the training dates and subjects.
  • The visiting trainee staff should present a Work Plan, approved (signed and sealed) by the parties (staff, legal representative of the home and host institutions) in short the training program by the visiting trainee must be agreed in advance by all parties.
  • The International Student Office will prepare and send an invitaion to the trainee staff.
  • At the end of the training period the International Student Office approves the program by an Erasmus Participation Certificate.
